I’m just crazy about summer, but when my skin and hair becomes dry because of sun or reacts to atmosphere humidity I’m willing to revise my feelings. Of course if we learn to counterattack the effects of heat and humidity, we can look incredible.
Here is my strategy!
If you live in hot climate (but in the areas with high altitude) dry air will dehydrate your skin, making it sometimes feel itchy, and the aspect is one of “elephant skin”. The superior layer of skin can be so dry that will exfoliate, exposing the skin even more to the rays of sun. What is even worst is on dehydrated skin those fine lines that you already have can be accentuated, and chronicle dehydration can rush the skin ageing process.
Your purpose is to repair the superior layer of the skin, so it will become a barrier against water losses, on the future. I started by using a delicate cleaning lotion which I recommend it – Priorities Exelixis sensitive foam cleanser. It’s an intense hydrating cream which will moisture your skin 24 hours a day. You can find it only in the beauty mecca – Sephora.
During the night I recommend using a cream rich in ceramides or vitamin B5 like Nivea Visage Expert Lift. Its expert lift system will help your skin to look tighter, redefined and smoother. It has a caring formula that contains 2 powerful ingredients: Bioxilift and Hyaluronic Acid.
Don’t worry, because the Bioxilift it’s a 100% natural extract from the Anis plant and will lead to long term contouring from within. Hyaluronic Acid, maybe many of you already know, that it is a skin hydrating bioactive with instantly action of smoothing and tighten your skin.
Least but not last, is important to drink a lot of still water; specialists in skin problems recommend that, besides those 8 glasses of water that you need to drink daily, we should plus with another big glass in the morning and another one in the evening.
I know that drinking water is very important for our skin and hydration. This summer is really crazy here in my city and temperatures are very high, so I tend to eat a lots of fruits and drink a lot of water. I also receive help from face creams and body lotions but we need to take care of ourselves starting from inside so we can reflect that beauty outside.
