I heard others talking about Magnifique Skin‘s products last year and I got interested in find out more about this brand only recently as I discovered their ACM dermato skincare range. I received ACM Sebionex Foaming Gel a couple of months back and I didn’t get to use it until last month as I wanted to finish my other washing gel first. You know I’m obsessed more over skincare products rather than makeup and I don’t want to test or just put any product on my face. I carefully select only the products that I consider are right for my skin needs and I’m never interested in mass market products.

ACM Sebionex Foaming Gel (48.00 Lei / $24.00 for 200 ml / 6.76 fl oz) has been part of my skincare routine for a bit over 3 weeks now and not a day goes by without using it. Is a foaming wash gel that has been formulated to gently and deeply clean the skin without drying it or damaging it. It’s suitable for oily, combination and blemished skin and can be used for both face and body if it’s necessary.
I’m always concerned with oiliness and a shiny face and I’m always on the look out for a good foaming gel that cleans my skin from all impurities, without drying my skin and give me a subtle matte finish afterwards.
I admit it’s hard now for a new foaming gel to convince me to be faithful after discovering Reelle Snail Extract Facial Cleansing (review, photos) last year, but still ACM Sebionex Foaming Gel was ready for the challenge.
It comes in a white opaque plastic bottle with a pump for an easy application but unfortunately you won’t be able to see how much product you have left inside so that’s a downsize for me. It is a liquidy transparent blue gel with a very light formula which turns into a gentle foam once you apply it to your skin.
I like to use it while I’m taking my shower, when my skin is moist and I can massage it into my skin for about 30 seconds and then leave it another 30 seconds to do its magic and rinse with warm water afterwards. I like its discreet fresh fragrance and the feeling of its gentle foam which delicately cleans my face from all impurities and traces of makeup.
I have a combination skin type and I like foaming gels that also provides a gentle exfoliation so persons with oily and pro acne skin will definitely appreciate its formula as well while others will perhaps find it a little bit dry. My advice is to use a light hydrating cream afterwards, I for one prefer a using a light face lotion or Medik8 C-Tetra and Hydr8 B5 (review, photos).
ACM Sebionex Foaming Gel doesn’t contain soap as you can see from the ingredient list bellow, so it won’t leave that dry skin feeling after using it. Over the past few weeks I noticed it really helped improved my skin condition, preventing my skin from becoming shiny withing a couple of hours and reducing the appearance of black heads. I don’t have an acne pro skin but like every women I have that period in a month when my skin goes crazy for a couple of days and needs extra care and ACM Sebionex Foaming Gel has definitely been a great help and improved the appearance of my skin, as I didn’t have break outs like before, only a very small zit on chin which was definitely a big improvement. I’ll be using it until the bottle is empty and I will update with more info to tell you how my skin behaves. 🙂
