Balea Sensitive Deo Spray & PH Skin Neutral Deo Spray – Review & Photos

by Tavia

Hello sweeties!

I hope you are enjoying the last day of weekend! I have been meaning to review these products for such a long time and finally I found the right moment to do it. 🙂

I don’t know if you are familiar with Balea products. They are German products as far as I know, they are very cheap and many of them have a great quality. I usually don’t use Deo spray, I’m more comfortable with a Deo stick but a few months ago when I was shopping in Dm drugstore I bought Balea PH Skin Neutral Deo Spray from curiosity.

Availability & Price

Available at every Dm drugstore in Europe (even in Romania)

Balea Sensitive Deo Spray (75 ml)  – 10.00 Lei (Romania) and around 2.50 Eur

Balea PH Skin Neutral Deo Spray (75 ml)  – 10.00 Lei / 2.50 Eur

Find out more right after the jump.

Balea PH Skin Neutral Deo Spray

Why I like it:

  • Has a great price value for 75 ml
  • I  like the packaging, sleek bottle with the pump
  • I can see how much product is left inside
  • Has a great smell, nothing flowery or perfumed but a simple clean scent
  • Cares and protects sensitive skin (PH neutral 5.5)
  • Calms irritations (after you waxed or shaved)
  • Assures freshness the entire day and a pleasant smell
  •  Assures a high protection against sweating
  • Very easy to use due to the pump bottle
  • Is fast absorbed into the skin so you won’t have that wet/ moist skin feeling
  • Doesn’t stain the clothes

Why I don’t like it:

Honestly I don’t have anything to say here. I haven’t yet found a thing that I don’t like about this product. 🙂 Check out the ingredients list bellow to see it this product is feet it for your skin. It does contain alcohol.

Ingredients: Water, Alcohol, Perfume, Lactic Acid, Alanine, Arginine, Serine, Ethylhexyl Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol.

Balea Sensitive Deo Spray

  • It’s a product with a great value for 75 ml, very cheap, affordable price
  • I love the packaging, sleek bottle with the pump
  • Easy to use, you just need 1-2 pumps
  • Has a delicate smell, almost fruity but very discreet.
  • Calms your skin after waxing of shaving
  • Ideal for sensitive skin, calm iritations
  • Assures a fresh skin for the entire day
  • Doesn’t stain the clothes
  • Hydrates the skin due to its Aloe Vera and Castor Oil ingredients

Why I don’t like it:

The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it isn’t absorbed so fast into the skin and tend to leak even if I apply only 1-2 pumps. Probably one of its ingredients causes this problem,  Aluminium Clorohydrate, but I’m not 100% sure. I just noticed that the other Deo Spray with PH 5.5 doesn’t have this ingredient, but again this is how it works for me.

Ingredients: Water, Perfume, Peg 40 Hydrogenate Castor Oil, Butylene Glycol, Aluminum Chlorohydrate, Pentylene Glycol, Panthenol, Aloe leaf juice powder.

My opinion

First I’ve used Balea PH Skin Neutral Deo Spray and because I like it so much and I know I have a sensitive skin I decided to try Balea Sensitive Deo Spray, which I’m currently using (I still have about 50 ml left). Both products work great in giving a 24 h protection, calming and hydrating skin, leaving a nice clean fresh smell.

Balea PH Skin Neutral has a stronger scent than the Sensitive one and is faster absorbed into the skin so I don’t have that humidity feeling of wet skin. The Sensitive one contains more ingredients than PH Skin Neutral, doesn’t contain alcohol, is more delicate and has a shiny scent of fruits. Once I will finished Balea Sensitive Deo Spray I will go back and the purchased once again the one with PH Skin Neutral just because I’m more comfortable with it.

If you have tried any of these products please let me know how they worked for you. I’m curious to know your impressions.

Balea is the brand of DM drugstores so it can’t cost more than 2-3 Eur for sure. 🙂 Please let me know if you find it. 🙂

Thank you for your opinion Emsy! I never tried their lip balms. I should take a look at them next time I’m in Dm. 🙂
