A few days ago I wrote a preview post about all the products that I’ve got from Clinique. What I said then was that I’m not so familiar with Clinique makeup products but I have an old friendships with their cosmetic products.
You know my addiction to lip glosses and that’s why I’ve wanted to review the Long Lasting Glosswear SPF 15 in Bonfire first.
The product is available @ Clinique, Sephora and other beauty stores. The price is $ 14.00 and the tube contains 2.3 ml ( 07 fl. oz. ) of product.
Bonfire is one of the 18 shades available which is suppose to give you 8 hours of lasting shine and moisture.
Bonfire is a burnished tawny red with gold shimmer, and you can see the shimmering particles right from the tube. If you are looking for a lip gloss from the tawnies color group this may be your color but I must tell you it has a sheer coverage with shimmer finish.One of the benefits is that SPF 15 which makes it a great product, especially for summer months.

Looks more like a natural color on the lips but I definitely like the glossy wet lips effect and the shine that those shimmering particles can deliver.

The texture is a bit sticky which makes it indeed a long lasting lip gloss but definitely one that you don’t want to have on your lips when it’s wind out there. I like the applicator, actually these types of lip gloss brushes are my favorite, I can really work with them.

I like this lip gloss because it keeps my lips moisturized, has SPF, great pigment and shine but I’m not so happy with the color. I definitely wanna try a pink shade.
