I will end my Deborah lipstick review series with Rossetto Shine Creator lipstick in #10 which I received together with another three 24 Ore lip pencils (photos & swatches) from Deborah Romania. All the new lipstick shades are available now at Douglas perfumeries, Help Net pharmacies and individual beauty shops.
Debora Rossetto Shine Creator #10 (30.00 Lei) looks like a coral pink with fine shimmer in the tube but it swatched on my hand more like a sheer glossy pink with very subtle coral shades while on my lips it looks more like a soft pink with glossy finish and fine shimmery particles. Like the rest of Deborah’s lipstick this one has the same creamy and lightweight texture feeling very soft and light on the lips, without being sticky .
It has a sweet smell , almost like vanilla but it’s very subtle. The color the same as the other new shades is sheer as suggested by the semi transparent packaging of the lipstick. It has this pretty flower which is Deborah’s logo embossed on the surface of the lipstick but it will disappear after the first application.
Deborah Rossetto Shine Creator #10 hydrates and repair lips because it contains Vitamin A and E so I consider it more like a colorful lip balm. It has SPF 15 so it’s great to be used in the summer because it also moisturizes lips and they don’t feel dry not even after the color fades.
It wears on me for about 3 hours leaving a subtle sheer shimmer behind. It doesn’t sink into the lip lines and with this color my lips seems so natural and glossy.
