I’m excited to present Elizabeth Arden (video) as a new brand on my blog. Elizabeth Arden skincare, fragrance and makeup products may not be news for your ears as the brand is very well known, so I decided to blog about it as well. Just to start I have a couple of new products that I want to share with you today and make sure you drop by later for individual reviews as they will surely come once I finish testing these products. Elizabeth Arden New York City Premiere ($48.00 for 75 ml EDP) is a new fragrance joining the famous Elizabeth Arden 5th Avenue Collection announced as a sensual edition of a floral-oriental scent, with an extremely seductive composition. The fragrance keeps the same glass flacon as the previous editions, only this time we are seeing a violet tag.
The seductive and very tempting composition opens with a blend of mandarin, pink pepper and lily of the valley. The heart incorporates night blossoming jasmine, hyacinth and wild orchid, while the finish of the composition is characterized by warm, resinous notes of tonka, amber and benzoin, blended with creamy musk and sandalwood, with deep shades of patchouli.

Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Lash Enhancing Mascara – $24.00
Is a multi-dimensional mascara that immediately volumizes, lengthens and curls your lashes for an eye-opening look that lasts all day. It comes in this golden tube that gives it such a luxurious touch. I haven’t tried it yet but once I do, you’ll definitely see a review and close-up photos.
Now moving on to Elizabeth Arden skincare products which are newness to me since it’s the first time I’m trying out something from this brand. I have Elizabeth Arden Flawless Future Serum Capsules ( $60.00 for 30 ml / 1.0 fl oz) and I’ve been using this product three times already but I obviously need more time to decide upon a review. This product was supposedly made for me since is addressed to those who have a hectic lifestyle and it begins to show on their skin. This advanced skincare system with a fine-tuned blend of barrier supporting Ceramides, protective protein complex and powerful skin brighteners helps intercept early aging signs, so your skin looks stress-free, even when you aren’t.
This luxurious serum featuring suspended caplets, rejuvenates the look of tired skin for a smooth, radiant and energized complexion instantly and over time. Each mini-caplet contains a Second Skin Protective Matrix that when dispensed, bursts to combine with the powerful ingredients within the serum. I have been using these products for a year or so now and they are fabulous. I first got them last year in a beauty deal. I have very fair, sensitive skin (similar to your skintone), so I was keen to try out the samples first to see if my skin reacted to it. It didn’t. The capsules are like manna from heaven to my skin.
Elizabeth Arden also has some lovely eye shadow duos – I have the teal one and it is beautiful. Finely milled and softly pigmented – it would really suit you too. I am not as fond of their eye shadow quads though. The brand also has a lovely peachy coloured lipstick called Ginger Spice – which is perfect for spring and summer. I am so glad you are trying out her products and I think you will be happy with them. Even in Australia, we have really good deals on these (which doesn’t always happen with other brands). And EA’s foundation is pretty good too.
