Guerlain Les Tendres for Spring 2015 – The story behind the collection

by Tavia

Hello lovelies!

Guerlain-Spring-2015-Les-Tendres-3

Over a week ago we took a first look at the upcoming Guerlain Les Tendres Spring 2015 Collection (info, close-up photos, prices) so today I’m back with more images, actually some really sweet promo pictures along with details about each product. Les Tendres is definitely a fresh and luminous collection, not only judging by the number and types of the new Meteorites that will be released but also by the dreamy softness of the shades. There’s no surprise that Natalia Vodianova is once again chosen as the image of this campaign as she can truly accentuate the softness and tenderness of this collection only with her glowing face.

Dream of a spring sprinkled with softness. Indulge in a divinely fresh glow. Reveal a gracefully rested face. Wrap yourself in discreetly cosy light. Adorn yourself with an angelic complexion. Enhance your skin with an evanescent halo of beauty. Guerlain fulfils these longings for tenderness in a spring collection that celebrates natural, delicate beauty.

  • 03 Medium (light to medium)
  • 04 Dore / Golden (warm light for golden skin)

Meteorites Perles de Blush – Limited Edition – $53.00 / 238.00 Lei

Météorites Perles de Blush, the celestial accomplice of the divine Météorites, infuses cheeks with soft, evanescent pink. A magical blush that recreates the glow of a complexion bathed in springtime freshness: this is the exceptional promise of Météorites Perles de Blush, a small technological wonder, a hybrid blush that combines colour, freshness and radiance. A fuchsia that revives the natural colour of the cheeks, an iridescent champagne that illuminates the curve of the cheekbones and a rose petal pink that gently refreshes complexion. These charming mini Météorites pearls embellish the complexion with the sheerest touch. In a swish of the brush, the three shades blend together and become one on the skin, diffusing a unique glow for cheekbones infused with radiance.

On the other, a delicate pink is imbued with tender light, while a white is boosted with dazzling radiance. To complete the ensemble, these four colours are decorated with a new Guerlain festoon motif in their case.
  • 504 Les PrecieuxOn the eyes: uniting intensity, softness, elegance and seduction, the eyes become captivating and sparkle in a new selection of tantalising starry shades. These ultra-chic powders are decorated with Guerlain’s new signature festoon motif. Each shade is matched with an ideal texture to showcase the colour without altering it. Here, a deep khaki set off with fine golden sparkles and an elegant pearly bronze. There, a subtly shiny pink and a dazzling white gold. Shades to endlessly mix and match to create original and made-tomeasure eye make-up.

I love the fact that Guerlain are bringing out the meteorites in a compact. What a great idea and I will have to try it. I think the makeup collection looks gorgeous on those who can wear pink colours (not me).
