Model in a Bottle Sensitive Skin Formula and China Glaze in Shocking Pink & Spontaneous – Preview, Photos & Swatches

by Tavia

Hello beauties!

A while ago I received a few products from Beauty Stop Online that I want to show you today. I was really curious to try Model in a Bottle because I read so many great reviews about this product and since is not available in my country it was a great opportunity to test it so this was the product I was most interesting in receiving. I also got two China Glaze nail polishes from previous collections and just my kind of shades, pink and purple.

I saw that many of the products available on Beauty Stop Online (Fb page) can be purchased at some amazing prices and they usually have great offers. So I received Model In A Bottle Sensitive Skin Formula ($14.99 for 60 ml/ 2 fl oz) just the right makeup setting spray for my sensitive skin and China Glaze nail polishes ($4.99 for 14 ml/ .5 fl oz) in Shocking Pink and Spontaneous.

Model In A Bottle Sensitive Skin Formula is a fragrance free setting spray that holds your makeup in place all day. Until now I used MAC Fix + Spray so it was a great opportunity to compare them. This is just a preview but I will tell you my full opinion and how this product felt on my skin in my upcoming review. They say is resistant to smudging, tears, humidity and water so it was definitely a challenge to test this product.

China Glaze Shocking Pink is a bright pink neon but with a terrible formula because it was so streaky and pulling. The second coat was obviously necessary and harmonized the color a little bit bringing it to a more opaque shade.

China Glaze Spontaneous nail polish looks like a deep, blue-based purple in the bottle while on the nails looks quite sheer and uneven after the first coat. It’s definitely meant to be a purple neon polish but it has a milky towards watery formula. The second coat brings this color to an opaque shade resembling the color in the bottle.

I will be reviewing both nail polishes separately soon and I will give you  more details about how long they lasted on my nails and how the application went.

Enjoy more photos…
