Preview: La Mer – Moisturizing Cream

If miracles are defined as unique events that appear inexplicable by the laws of nature, then surely Creme de la Mer is a miracle. I’ve been using this cream for more than a month now and it truly changed the way I see myself.


Creme de la Mer was conceived under extraordinary circumstances after physicist Dr. Max Huber suffered severe chemical burns, years ago, while performing a routine experiment. 12 years and some 6.000 experiments later he perfected the Creme that would help give skin a dramatically smoother appearance.

The formula

At the heart of the Creme is a highly potent Miracle Broth. There is nothing miraculous about its ingredients – sea kelp, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, lecithin, Vitamins C, E and B 12, plus oils of citrus, eucalyptus, wheat germ, alfalfa and sunflower. The way these ingredients were distilled made the difference between a good moisturizer and a small miracle. Preview: La Prairie dermo caviar

I know I haven’t been such a good girl this year but Santa still got me a Christmas gift, and I was quite surprised to see that was exactly what I desired but never dared to hope.

I received the Dermo Caviar skin cream from La Prairie. I’ve heard many good things about the products from this brand but I also know they are quite expensive. If it wasn’t for Santa I probably could never spent so much money on a cream. The gift was ordered from ebay so as you can see from the photos the box is not in so good shape but the content is intact. Along with the skin caviar cream I also received 60 dermo caviar applicators.
