I don’t know what’s going on with La Mer this year, that keeps on releasing a face powder each season, but I definitely love what I’m seeing. Not long ago I was mesmerized by the beauty of La Mer Bronzing Powder with that gorgeous sun-kissed glow and now I’m moving on to this new shimmering powder.

Spellbinder Fall Makeup Look

Hello beauties!

I bet you already know by now how obsessed I’m with the new MAC Spellbinder Eyeshadows (live swatches, video) that I purchased a few weeks back. When I posted individual reviews I promised to return with makeup looks and tutorials inspired by each of the new MAC Spellbinder eyeshadows (preview, photos) so today I give you MAC Spellbinder Mysterious Influence Look. As a green eyed girl I rarely reach for green eyeshadows but I had to put my new MAC metallic pigment to good use. Right bellow the fold you’ll find the list and reviews of the products used for this look.

I also want to let you know that today I made a big change regarding my hair color and I’m sure you’ll notice it in my upcoming makeup looks. I dyed my hair for the first time, actually lighten up some parts of my hair and choose the ecaille technique for that. You can check out my Instagram account to see how everything turned out until I’ll post more photos in my upcoming looks.

Higher Power Makeup Look

Hello beauties!

Since I already unveiled to you the new MAC Spellbinder Shadow Fall 2016 Collection (swatches, video) it was only right to come up with a makeup look inspired by these upcoming shades. Today I choose to show you my Higher Power Makeup Look, that I actually wore last week and as you can already guess, the star product is MAC Higher Power Spellbinder Shadow (review, swatches, photos).

I’m just loving this new eyeshadow color, not to mention the formula and how it applies, so I’m inviting you to take a closer look and see how beautiful it looks on top of a creamy base. In the upcoming days, once I’m done posting individual reviews for the remaining shades, I will be showing you more makeup looks. So let’s get to it and check out the products used for this Higher Power Makeup tutorial.

Rose Petale Soft Makeup Tutorial

Hello beauties!

It has been a while since I posted a makeup tutorial and I know I promised you this look a while ago. For this Rose Petale Makeup Look I combined pink shades of Chanel Stylo Eyeshadow and MustaeV eyeshadows as well as a touch of soft gray smudged over a black liner.

It’s an easy makeup look to achieve, doesn’t require too many eyeshadows and the blending technique is quite simple. Bellow you’ll find the list and reviews of all the products I’ve used for this look. Enjoy!

La Mer Bronzing Powder Summer 2016

Hello sweeties!

La Mer has been recently launched in Romania as well, but without making a huge splash in the beauty blogosphere so to speak. I loved this brand from the first product I tried about 8 years ago and I’m addicted to its skincare products, but I also can’t deny their quality makeup items as well. Today I stumble upon this gorgeous La Mer Bronzing Powder which I believe is meant for summer as it features such beautiful, glowing, bronzing and fresh colors. I really like the subtle combination of the four pink, light beige and soft brown shades of the new La Mer Soleil de la Mer powder and I’m pretty sure it’s suitable for all skin types, even for lighter complexions if applied with a light hand.

Boudoir Makeup Look Tutorial

Hello pretties!

I don’t usually tend to wear a bright lip when I’m already having an intense or sophisticated makeup, but when I was creating the Boudoir Makeup Look I just felt like it. This look is inspired by the limited edition MUFE Artist Eye Studio Palette (review, swatches, photos) which comes with a small book where three makeup tutorials are suggested, guiding you step-by-step in achieving one of the looks just by using the colors from the palette. I don’t know what came to me that day as I wanted to wear this bright orange red lip in combination with MUFE Boudoir makeup which is quite intense and more evening appropriate. If you want to know how to achieve this look in just 3 steps, then keep on reading.

My French Noel Makeup Tutorial

Hello beauties!

Lancome My French Noel Palette (review, swatches, photos) is one of my favorite holiday 2015 makeup palettes and since I got it last month I’ve been using it quite a lot and even brought it with me in London. Inside the palette you will also find suggestions for two makeup looks, one for day time and the other one more night time appropriate, so in this chic makeup tutorial, I’ll be showing you the second one. I really like the combination or gold and earthy brown shades with pearl finish, that look so elegant and dazzling specially for the holiday season. You know me, I can’t resist adding a touch of pink to my makeup, even though probably a red lip would have been more appropriate for this look, but well this is just how I see things. 🙂
