Lancome Audacity In London Palette has just launched and if you remembered I gave you a sneak peek of this one when I blogged about Lancome Paris en Rose Holiday 2016 Collection (info, photos). If the previous year I was excited about Lancome Audacity in Paris (review, swatches, photos) this year I’m looking forward to swatching the work of Lisa Eldrige who created the new Lancome Audacity in London 16-Pan Eyeshadow Palette.

I knew I’ll be hooked on Lancome L’Absolu Rouge Collection (info, photos) right when I heard the brand was renewing its entire lipstick collection, offering not only new shades but different finishes ranging from sheer to matte and cream. When the collection hit counters I immediately went to Sephora and showed you swatches of lipsticks that were on my wishlist. The packaging is absolutely amazing, just a fine click to open it and the variety of colors hardens your purchase decision. At the Lancome Trends Seminar which took place later that week I could took a much closer look at the new L’Absolu Rouge Lipsticks and play with the textures and colors so after that I knew the colors that would make my wishlist. Lancome No.325 Impertinente is one of my favorites and I was so happy to see it in the goodie bag after the event.
Where to buy:
U.S. – Now at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and online @lancome-usa.com
Romania – Now at Douglas, Sephora
Lancome 325 Impertinente L’Absolu Rouge (155.00 Lei / $32.00 / €32.00 for 3.4 g / 0.12 oz) is medium violet pink with cool undertones and a natural shine. Lancome Impertinente lipstick is part of the sheer colors section as it doesn’t come totally opaque on the lips but I wouldn’t quite call it sheer after all.
If you are following me on Instagram you’ve noticed for sure how often I find myself shopping at Douglas perfumeries. Earlier this week I bought a new shade of Lancome L’Absolu Rouge (swatches, photos), that I’m crazy about since I first hear the brand was renewing its entire line lipstick line. Coming up with four new finishes and a bunch of colors was definitely something that I needed to check out, but the new packaging was the cherry on the cake for me. The other day I posted a short video on Instagram where I showed you how the new Lancome L’Absolu Rouge lipstick gets opened and it’s not only elegant but I would say chic with a twist.
Where to buy:

U.S. – Now at Nordstrom, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus and @lancome-usa.com

As you’ve already seen on my Instagram account, yesterday I attended Lancome Trends Seminar by Alexandru Abagiu, National Makeup Artist Lancome. Besides the novelties of fall 2016 which I already showed you, I got to peek at the new Lancome Glow Subtil Silky Creme Highlighters (info, photos) that blogged about since yearly summer and Color Correcting Primers Miracle CC Cushion (info, photos). I can’t help blogging about these awesome new products, even though I know they are still being kept secret for now but the information is out there internationally and in some countries they are even available for purchase.
So…there they were….staying hidden on Alex’s makeup table under a black cloth, when he announced he’ll be using a new product, due to be launched summer 2017. He picked it up and used it to highlight the model’s cheekbones and I knew right away (I’ve been sitting in the first row during the seminar) judging from the packaging and the intensity of the color that we were shown one of the five new colors of Lancome Glow Subtil Silky Creme Highlighters.

Rainy day…traffic jam in the late afternoon… and me…trying to arrive on time for Lancome x Sonia Rykiel Fall 2016 Collection (promo photos / info) presentation. The invitation stated “Trends Seminar by Alexandru Abagiu, National Makeup Artist Lancome“…so I knew right away it will be awesome, not only because I would get to check out Lancome Fall 2016 launches and Alex would be sharing with us his knowledge, lots of useful makeup tips and how to make the best use of the new Lancome products using them in so many different ways, but because he is always teasing us news of upcoming Lancome’s collections and I was sure I’d get to peek at some of the new products. I kept you updated on my Instagram page but there’s more to be said…still.
Everything was just like I imagined and more…Lancome Trends Seminar was filled with new info, photos, tips and tricks on how we should get the best use of our new products and honestly I’m so happy that Lancome is one of the first brands which started doing collections’ presentations here in Romania in a different, better and more informative way. For me as a pro-blogger, a trend seminar, workshop or a presentation done by the brand’s national makeup artist is such an inspiration for my new blog posts and I’m leaving not only with new knowledge but also with sneak peeks of the upcoming launches who all of us so much love.
Lancome x Sonia Rykiel Fall 2016 Collection is already available on the counters and not only those who are passionate about makeup should check it out but fashionistas as well, as the packaging is colorful and definitely up for the latest fashion trends, to accessorize your bag. 🙂 Continue Reading

The other day I attended the opening of our newest mall, Park Lake and got to check all the beauty stores. My heart started beating faster when my eyes spotted the new fall 2016 collection of Lancome L’Absolu Rouge lipsticks I so much praised in my past articles. I admit, I never was a lipstick gal but once in a while I can deny my lips the luxurious touch and intense color of a lipstick.

If earlier today I was reviewing the new Guerlain Coque D’Or 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette from Guerlain Fall 2016 Collection (swatches), I’d thought I would surprise you with my Coque D’Or Makeup Look which I’m actually wearing right now. Each of the newly released Guerlain 5 Color Eyeshadow Palettes comes with two makeup tutorials included so it’s up to you if you want to follow the nude or smokey eye version. I personally decided to do my own version of Coque D’Or Makeup and you can see in the photos bellow what I’ve come up with. I wanted to combine a smokey with a cat eye look so I really like what it turned out to be in the end, just the perfect makeup for evening, not too dramatic but definitely one that will complement greened eyed ladies.
For this makeup I used one of my favorite foundations, MustaeV Skinny Tint Foundation, one that I actually kind of leave it sitting in my makeup desk for a quite a while now, and I’ve applied it with my pink Original Beauty Blender to create a smoother appearance. In order to create this smokey cat eye look I used the original Shadow Shields that I got from Andra Cosmetics a while ago and I must say they are absolutely amazing, for a perfect makeup application. They are so versatile and you can use them in so many ways for different makeup styles, like creating a perfect winged cat eye, a straight edge for shadow just like I did here or simply to protect under eye area from eye shadow fallout, especially when you are playing with pigments. Check the entire list of the products I used along with their reviews right after the jump.
