Last Friday was a casual day for me so I wanted a luminous and natural makeup look but since later in the evening I needed to go to a party I decided to intensify my look with a vibrant fuchsia lip. I was missing my MustaeV Nude Eyeshadow Quad for a few weeks and luckily I found that day so I need it to use it right away since it just came back from an announced vacation. 🙂 I didn’t want to go and apply a colorful makeup in the morning as I knew it will be a long day, especially one that will take longer into the night so I preferred something more nude and natural that will make me look fresh and rested even after 8 PM. This is what I have come up with and you can see on my Instagram how I looked during that evening and how well my makeup lasted throughout the day.
Take a look bellow and find out all about the products I’ve used for this makeup look along with their reviews. Continue Reading
I was not kidding when I told you that last week I’ve been “abusing” my new Urban Decay products. I bet you’ve seen them on my Instagram a couple of times, paired with new makeup looks, plus the individual reviews I’ve posting for the past week. Actually it was early in the morning when I created this makeup look, I was heading to NYX Store opening event in Park Lake Mall and as much as I wanted to keep a casual look, I just couldn’t resist putting some Pandemonium on. Pairing light gold with natural and luminous eyeshadows gave me this radiant, fresh and casual day to day look, while for the lips I chose a strong purple shade to add some color to my entire makeup. Usually when the fall season starts I’m prone to wear purple and violet lips and this month I got madly in love with Pandemonium by Urban Decay.
Max Factor has managed over the years to get me addicted to its mascaras so everytime they launch a new one I just have to try it. The new Max Factor Nudes 2016 Fall Collection brings three new Masterpiece Nude Eyeshadow Palettes and a new mascara, Voluptous False Lash Effect that I can’t wait to try it. I’m currently using Max Factor Velvet Volume False Lash Effect Mascara (review, photos) during day time and it’s almost empty so it’s the right time for my lashes to get to know a new mascara.

I bet you already know by now how obsessed I’m with the new MAC Spellbinder Eyeshadows (live swatches, video) that I purchased a few weeks back. When I posted individual reviews I promised to return with makeup looks and tutorials inspired by each of the new MAC Spellbinder eyeshadows (preview, photos) so today I give you MAC Spellbinder Mysterious Influence Look. As a green eyed girl I rarely reach for green eyeshadows but I had to put my new MAC metallic pigment to good use. Right bellow the fold you’ll find the list and reviews of the products used for this look.
I also want to let you know that today I made a big change regarding my hair color and I’m sure you’ll notice it in my upcoming makeup looks. I dyed my hair for the first time, actually lighten up some parts of my hair and choose the ecaille technique for that. You can check out my Instagram account to see how everything turned out until I’ll post more photos in my upcoming looks.
It has been a while since I posted a makeup tutorial and I know I promised you this look a while ago. For this Rose Petale Makeup Look I combined pink shades of Chanel Stylo Eyeshadow and MustaeV eyeshadows as well as a touch of soft gray smudged over a black liner.
It’s an easy makeup look to achieve, doesn’t require too many eyeshadows and the blending technique is quite simple. Bellow you’ll find the list and reviews of all the products I’ve used for this look. Enjoy!
Yesterday I was in the mood for a different kind of makeup look. For me a different makeup, can mean just a touch of eyeliner, what for others may seem a piece of cake. I know I’m no talent when it comes to cat eye and mastering a liquid eyeliner and that’s why yesterday I decided to play some more with MustaeV Tension Fit Liquid Liner Brush Pen (review). I told you previously how much I love this product and how easy it’s to play with it even if you are a beginner. Lately I’ve been in the mood to play with different kind of liquid liners everyday so more makeup tutorials like this one will soon follow.
The other day inspired by a photo I saw while I was browsing on Instagram I pulled out my green, blue and gold eyeshadows and came up with this look. You know I rarely wear such a colorful makeup as I feel it’s a bit too edgy for me, but I admit it was a lot of fun playing with the shades, mixing textures and pairing different colors from different palettes. I do also admit it took a lot of blending, well this is always hard when you’re using bright, intense shades, so in the end I was still not happy with the results. I’m no makeup artist, just a passionate for makeup so as much as I wanted for the entire makeup to be flawless, I still know I need more practice. Take a look after the jump for a more closer look and a list of the products used for this Aquatic Makeup Look.
I promised that I will step up my game….and start to post more of my makeup looks and tutorials, so here I’m today with a Fun & Pink Makeup Look. I told you that lately I’m finding myself in a phase where I prefer to wear more of a simple eye makeup, something nude or very washed out while I keep my lips painted in edgy, bold and dark shades of plum and purples. So even though I’m going through a edgy violet lip shades phase, I still haven’t lost my passion for pinks.
This is the kind of pink makeup look that I like to wear usually during the weekends, or when I feel like looking very fresh and girly. Check it out and let me know what do you think! Continue Reading
