A new color addition to my lipstick collection is Urban Decay Firebird Vice Lipstick. It’s the kind of color that you know I like to wear, the more intense the better and if it’s pink then it’s perfect. It surely seems that my Urban Decay Vice Lipstick addiction continues so expect more reviews in the upcoming weeks as I have my eyes on some new natural shades.

Urban Decay Firebird Vice Lipstick ($17.00 / €19.00 /£15.00 / 98.00 lei for 3.4 g/ 0.11 oz.) is officially described as a deep fuchsia with a cream finish. It’s a medium-dark berry-fuchsia with blue undertones, a soft fuchsia pearl and a cream finish. It was mostly opaque on the lips showing an intense and rich color payoff.
It’s a gorgeous shade to wear for those who are not color shy as it will definitely attract attention to your lips. It’s rich, has a good color payoff and applies like a charm. It has a moderately creamy consistency with a natural sheen to it. The formula glides on smoothly and evenly across the lips. It feels comfortable to wear and lightly hydrating. I like that it doesn’t sink into lip lines and gives them a nice, natural glow. It does change my natural lip color in just one swipe so you can see in the photos bellow how pigmented it really is.
I do admit it last longer applied over a lip liner base and you can use a matching lip pencil or the colorless Urban Decay Ozone 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil (review, swatches).
I had around six hours and a half wear with this color and left a pink stain behind. I would see Urban Decay Firebird Vice Lipstick on all skin tones but I do admit it will look more intense on those with a fair skin tone so you might keep your eye makeup on the natural, sheer side.
