China Glaze Rebel Collection for fall 2016 has been unveiled, at least the color details. The new China Glaze Rebel nail lacquers were inspired by the trend of the 1990’s, the time of Nirvana, Spice Girls, Clueless, club kids and supermodels and I have to admit these trends still affect the fashion, beauty and music industry nowadays. The collection features 12 new nail colors with glitter and creamy finishes and like always they are divided into two categories. Take a closer look after the cut.

This collection looks into the never ending trend of the 1990’s that still affects fashion, beauty, music and culture. The time of Nirvana, heroin chic, supermodels, club kids, Spice Girls and Clueless. This was the primal time of teen-angst and rebellion against normalcy. Rebel takes the hybrid approach to Grunge, by mixing gritty, graffiti covered alley ways with the present polished hipster chic movement of the 2000’s.
