The Brow Liner – New – $45.00
The brow liner brings natural definition by enhancing the shape and the density of the brows. Presented in a mechanical pencil format that twists up fresh color when needed, the pencil does not require sharpening and provides consistent, even color with every application. Once applied, the long-lasting color remains in place for up to 12 hours thanks to its water- and smudge-resistant formula.
As an indispensable tool for creating a variety of brow looks, the brow liner’s applicator is versatile and precise. The nib offers a flat, broad edge and a finer tip for a balance of buildable color and definition. A spiral grooming brush sits at the opposite end of the pencil, further blending brow color and grooming hairs for a perfectly uniform brow.
