Steel Orchid Makeup Look Tutorial

by Tavia

Hello beauties!

As the first makeup tutorial for 2016 I want to introduce Steel Orchid Makeup Look, which was realized using the new limited edition Estee Lauder Steel Orchid Palette from the Estee Lauder The Ultimate Makeup Kit (review, swatches, photos). I followed all the steps suggested by Estee Lauder in the card that came with the palette so you can take a closer look after the jump and check out more photos. They described this as a bold look and it’s right up on my alley as well, since I got to play with pink and purple eye shadows, not to mention you only need 3 shades and it’s very easy and quickly to achieve and it can be done even by beginners.

I’ve used quite a lot of new products for this look and I’ll be posting individual reviews for each one of them in the upcoming weeks. Some of the products used in this makeup tutorial are limited edition for holiday 2015 so if you like anything and decide to buy it, make it fast as they could already be sold out.

I like these aquatic shades, very into them myself as blues and greens go so well with brunette and with brown eyes, have to be careful with any green and purple combo though or you end up looking like you’ve got bruised eyes 😀
