Hello sweeties!
MustaeV Bambi Single Eye Shadow is a color that I wanted to try for a long time. I’m kind of set on using more matte finish eyeshadows in my makeup looks, also because I have hooded eyes and I feel that these work best on me. MustaeV Bambi eyeshadow will go straight into my MustaeV 24 Eyeshadow Palette (review, photos) after an easy depot (tutorial).

MustaeV Bambi Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 1.8 g / 0.06 oz) is a warm chestnut brown shadow with a matte texture. It is a rich and pigmented color, but it shows a really strong color payoff when applied wet or over an eyeshadow primer (I personally used Too Faced Shadow Insurance primer). It has a very fine, smooth and silky texture with a dense color. It applies well without any fall out, it blends easily and doesn’t show signs of creasing.
It adheres well onto the skin (with and without a primer) thanks to its silicone coated pearl powder and Triethoxycaprylsilane powder and gives a high pigmentation and no fall out during or after the application.
Its special powder also helps absorb sebum, which is a plus for those who have oily lids as MustaeV Bambi eyeshadow is crease-free wear and also provides a non-drying feel. I absolutely love pairing Bambi with MustaeV Smoke Eyeshadow (review, swatches) and MustaeV Pekoe Eyeshadow (review, swatches) for a brown smoky eye or lightly applied and blended for a classy elegant look.
I had about 10 hours wear with this formula, without creasing or showing signs of fall out….and afterwards it slowly started to loose its intensity.
